Scoresheet FOR TSC Promotion Interviews This October 2023
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is in charge of several elements of teacher administration, including registration, recruiting, deployment, remuneration, advancement, and punishment. Furthermore, the commission is responsible for maintaining professionalism, ethics, and good teaching standards within the teaching service.
Field agents and educational institution directors, who play critical roles in teacher management, carry out these responsibilities.
It is critical to properly choose, appoint, and train persons who are qualified for leadership positions in educational institutions. This strategy is consistent with the Commission’s vision, objectives, and social expectations, ultimately resulting to enhanced educational institution performance and a decrease in instances of dissatisfaction and unrest.
Certain criteria must be met in order to lead a post-secondary institution. Prospective candidates must be university Graduate Teachers, Technical Teachers, or Lecturers hired by the Teachers Service Commission.
