Job Description
To receive requests for cards and cash from walk-in customers (such as those pertaining to teller services, ATMs, Moneygram, etc.) and accurately assess and comprehend those requests in order to respond to them in a way that constantly meets the needs of the customer while staying within the confines of the bank’s financial offerings.

- Personal and Private Banking
- 1-2 years
- Previous branch banking experience, understanding the bank’s laid-down policies and procedures related to telling / frontline support, bulk cash and ATMs. Familiar with the legal aspects regarding cash handling. Knowledge of the functions of other departments within the branch.
