How to Apply for a TSC Number Online: Requirements and Status.

Every qualified teacher must register with the Teachers Service Commission in accordance with the TSC Act 2012 before being given a job in any school in Kenya, whether it be a public or private institution.

To support this TSC act, the Ministry of Education issued a directive to all county commissioners directing them to make sure that as of 2017, only qualified instructors are allowed to enter schools. The Teacher Service Commission has granted a certificate of registration to a qualified teacher and registered them.

You no longer need to worry if you are a certified teacher but lack a TSC number. It is important to know that TSC does not accept any manually created applications. All transactions are thus made online.
