Scheduled Grades 3, 4, 5, and 7 October Knec Theory Exams
The national written examinations for students in grades 3, 4, 5, and 7 are scheduled to be administered in the month of October 2023. After finishing their projects and practicals from June 6th to August 10th, students will be required to take a series of examinations that will be given by the Kenya National Examinations Council (Knec).
The written examinations for Grade 3 will cover both mathematics and English, and they will take place between October 2nd and October 26th, 2023.
Mathematics, English, Kiswahili, Agriculture, Social Studies, Home Science, Art and Craft, CRE/IRE/HRE, Science and Technology, and Kenyan Sign Language are some of the topics that will be evaluated by means of written examinations for students in Grade 4. These assessments will take place between October 2nd and October 26th, 2023. Grade 4 students will take these examinations.
During the same time period, from October 2nd to October 26th, 2023, students in grade 5 will also be required to take written examinations in the subjects of mathematics, English, Kiswahili, agriculture, social studies, home science, art and craft, CRE/IRE/HRE, science and technology, and Kenyan Sign Language.
Last but not least, students in Grade 7 will be required to complete written examinations in a wide variety of topics, including Mathematics, English, Kiswahili, Agriculture, Social Studies, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, CRE/IRE/HRE, Science and Technology, Kenyan Sign Language, Integrated Science, Computer Studies, Business Studies, Life Skills Education, Pre-Technical, and Pre-Career Education. These exams will be given in May. These examinations are scheduled to take place between the 2nd and the 26th of October, 2023.
