• The opportunity to work with a highly skilled Product group made up of in-house engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver solutions to real-world issues that have a significant impact throughout Africa is provided by a position as a Digital Training Manager in our Acquisition Sales team.
• In your role as our Digital Training Manager, you will be in charge of M-KOPA’s large-scale digital training program, which is the foundation of our sales approach. With state-of-the-art infrastructure at your disposal, you will create and execute creative learning programs that enable tens of thousands of salespeople in five markets. You will collaborate with a global team of training experts to guarantee that we are providing the best solutions for each of M-KOPA’s five operating markets. You will be responsible for bringing about quantifiable improvements in the efficacy of the company’s training platform.

• Primary person accountable for optimizing M-KOPA’s digital academy platform
• Design and oversee the delivery of onboarding and continuous training to more than 20,000 sales agents and staff across M-KOPA’s five markets
• Manage the training curriculum and learner journey to maximize learning and commercial outcomes
