Job Purpose
- To professionally market and sell the company’s goods and services to each and every client.
- The role must follow and operate within the rules for financial controls, procedures, and policies that cover the mandate for retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create sales for airtime, acquisitions, and devices in accordance with targets.
- Keep an eye on Telkom’s consignment stock and inventory to ensure that daily physical stock movements and inventory balances are accurate.
- Keep track of daily sales and manage cash flow each day.
- Encourage and put into practice the techniques for improving the customer experience to boost sales.
- Provide technical assistance to clients, with a focus on data device setting.
Qualifications- Academic and Professional
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field
Experience
- At least 1 year experience in sales
