According to a reputable source of news, the Kenyan government, acting through the Ministry of Education, has reportedly issued a directive to all of the personnel who would be in charge of administering the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations in the year 2023.

According to recent information that has been widely disseminated on social media, the Ministry of Education, under the direction of Permanent Secretary Hon.

Belio Kipsang, has issued a warning to invigilators, stressing that arriving late is not tolerated and will be viewed as an act of insubordination if it occurs.

This warning was issued in response to information that was recently disseminated on social media.

It has been stated by the Permanent Secretary of Education that it is unacceptable for students to fail to finish the assignments that they have been given, especially when the assignments are part of a national test.

He highlighted that despite the fact that this condition only affects a small fraction of the population, it is nevertheless cause for great concern and should be addressed as soon as possible.

This warning from the Education Permanent Secretary should be taken very seriously by the teachers who are employed by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) to monitor the 2023 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).

However, in order to ensure that the testing procedure is accurate, those in charge of administering the test have to follow the laws and regulations to the letter.
