WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Call clients to find out whether their insurance is being renewed.
- For all comprehensive insurance coverage, request ICF.
- Sell the idea of refinancing for covers that are due.
- Assist on timely car renewals and new requests.
- Share boda insurance certificates with customers.
- Ensure boda-boda renewals renewal premiums are factored in the schedule.
- Any other duty that may be assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- A Degree or Diploma in related field.
- Previous experience in insurance claims
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of record keeping.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
