Ps. Kipsang Says When the 2023 KCPE and KPSEA Exams Will Be Available.
The results of the 2023 Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) and Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exams will be made public prior to the start of the Christmas holiday season, according to a statement made by Belio Kipsang, Principal Secretary for Education.
Speaking at a briefing on Wednesday, Kipsang stressed that the process of grading and marking these exams has already begun, and they are giving priority to finishing the marking ahead of the scheduled deadline. He praised all parties involved for ensuring a seamless and effective examination process.
“Everything has gone without a hitch. My sincere gratitude goes out to our committed educators, our interior department colleagues, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC), the security personnel, and all other teams that have worked with us. He declared.
For the two national exams, 2.6 million candidates took part. Roughly 1.4 million of the total took the KCPE examinations, and roughly 1.2 million took the KPSEA (Grade 6) exams.
PS Kipsang promised that every candidate would be successfully transferred to the next educational level by the Ministry of Education.

In addition, Kipsang reported a decrease in adolescent pregnancies this year, which he attributed to parent-focused empowerment initiatives. He also expressed pleasure with the lower number of cases during the 2023 examination cycle.
As the education system transitions to the full implementation of the Competence-Based Curriculum (CBC) in elementary schools, this year’s cohort was the last group to take the KCPE exams.
