New Salary Structure for C4 Teachers TSC Agreed Upon CBA.
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has finished putting the final touches on the implementation of the compensation structure that was agreed upon during the collective bargaining agreement’s (CBA) final stage.
The TSC has successfully implemented a wage increase for the teachers.
The Chief Principal of Grade D5, who brings in a cool Sh157,656 each month, is the highest-paid teacher in the school.
Teachers who work in positions that fall under job grade D4 and report to senior Principals receive a monthly salary of Sh121,890.
Those who hold the position of Principal in grade D3 are compensated with a monthly salary of Sh104,644.
A monthly salary of Sh91,041 is provided to educators who are serving in the capacity of Deputy Principals II T-Scale 12 (D2).
Teachers who hold the position of Deputy Principal III on the T-Scale 11 (D1) receive a pay that ranges between Sh77,840 and Sh85,269 per month.
On the other hand, teachers who are Senior Masters IV and fall under Scale 9 receive a salary of Sh52,308 per month as their compensation.
In addition to their base pay, these teachers also get a monthly house allowance of up to Sh28,000 and an annual leave allowance of up to Sh6,000. Both of these benefits are on top of their base pay.
