  Overview: To expand our team, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant. Engaging with new clients, learning about their visa and domestic assistant requirements in the UAE, and offering customized solutions will be your duties as a sales consultant. Your main objective will be to meet and surpass sales goals by using powerful sales techniques and first-rate customer service.
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to comprehensively understand their visa and domestic helper service requirements. Provide knowledgeable advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Continuously refine strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our visa services, domestic worker services, policies, and procedures. Use this knowledge to confidently address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients’ needs within the organization.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about immigration and labor law regulations in the UAE, as well as market trends. Utilize this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and innovative approaches to sales.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Present findings to management to keep them informed of progress, challenges, and opportunities.

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales Consultant or similar role, preferably in the services industry related to immigration, visa services, or domestic helpers.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • UAE market knowledge and familiarity with immigration and labor laws is highly advantageous.
