- Over the course of a year, as an intern, you will be assigned to functional projects as part of the curriculum. In addition to completing difficult assignments each day, you would get performance feedback from your assignment manager via a well-defined plan and deliverables, allowing you to develop your leadership and business acumen.
- We expect you to continuously strive for development and contribute actively to the business through your projects in the functions as defined below:
- Operations/Â Manufacturing
- Procurement
What are we looking for?
- We anticipate that you are a motivated, aspirational individual who has graduated from college with a fervor for learning. We are searching for someone who possesses strong organizational and planning abilities in addition to an analytical mindset. Additionally, if you choose Trade Marketing & Distribution, you’ll need to be nimble, have a driver’s license, and be eager to live and work outside of Nairobi!
